The Giants have endured two tough defeats since returning from their COVID layoff, going down 17-10 to Hull FC after a one-point loss to Salford.
The Dragons remain at the top of the Super League table, with a 16-6 victory over Castleford at the weekend making it nine wins from ten games this season.
Huddersfield welcome back five players in the shape of Jermaine McGillvary, Ricky Leutele, Luke Yates, Kenny Edwards and Chris McQueen, while Sam Wood is named after being a late inclusion last week. Darnell McIntosh (achilles), James Cunningham and Matty English drop out through injury, while Aidan Sezer is also out with a knock. Youngsters Ronan Michael and Will Pryce are also omitted, while Adam O’Brien (shoulder), Michael Lawrence, Jack Cogger (foot) and Joe Wardle remain unavailable.

Catalans make three changes, with England representatives Tom Davies and Sam Tomkins returning alongside captain Benjamin Garcia. They replace Alrix Da Costa (head), Joe Chan and Romain Franco. Arthur Mourgue keeps his place despite a hip concern, however Michael McIlorum, Joel Tomkins (suspended) and Arthur Romano (knee) are still unavailable.
