Salford Red Devils host Salford Red Devils tonight with Super League’s two winless sides going head to head.
It’s now been confirmed that the Red Devils, who are still under a restricted salary cap, will be able to field a full 17-man squad for the game although in a much-changed side.
Paul Rowley had named an 18-man squad, however, that included Joe Bullock who it was thought was currently injured.
As for Huddersfield, they boast one of the most unusual records in Super League so far in that they’ve led at the break in every game, only to go on and lose.
They’ll be hoping to amend that against Salford and their chances were boosted when new signing Niall Evalds was named in their 21-man squad following his loan arrival from Hull KR.
With full-back Jacob Gagai still undergoing the HIA return to play policy, it’s a signing that has been very timely.

It has been confirmed that Evalds will debut with the former Hull KR man starting at full-back to form a spine along with Tui Lolohea, Liam Sutcliffe and Ash Golding.
That means Taane Milne starts in the centres once again but the likes of Adam Clune, Tom Burgess, Zac Woolford and the aforementioned Gagai all remain out.

With Marc Sneyd having left the club, Ryan Brierley has been moved into the halves and that allows young full-back Nathan Connell to start in a backline that also features Kallum Watkins at centre.
Harvey Wilson also starts whilst Joe Shorrocks returns from his suspension whilst the bench features Joe Bullock, who it was believed was injured. How much he will feature is unclear.
