Huddersfield Giants announce groundbreaking deal for player reward scheme

Huddersfield Giants have announced that, in partnership with FrameSmart, the club will be rewarding its players for individual and “unseen” achievements in 2022.

The club has released a statement saying: “The Team is keen to reward its players for the parts of their game which the fans may not see. Outside the tries and kicks, there are a number of awards for players for their efforts throughout the season.

“This competitive spirit throughout the squad will help aim for these awards brilliantly put together by FrameSmart.

“The awards were donated and framed brilliantly by club partners FrameSmart, with their work going a long way to help push the players to be their best competitive self on and off the pitch.”

It follows the news that yesterday, the Giants revealed that they would be providing supporters with a great Super League home opener offer in conjunction with the Huddersfield Examiner and Deliveree.

Giants fans can get £5 off any food or drink at the Deliveree Food Festival when purchasing tomorrow’s Huddersfield Examiner (16/02/2022) and bringing the voucher in the paper to the game.

Giants Managing Director Richard Thewlis said: “The big win last week sets the game up perfectly and we have linked with the Examiner to help publicise the event and are delighted to have the support of Deliveree in the food festival area alongside some live entertainment.

“We urge people to come down earlier than usual and try the offerings as there is no doubt that the crowd will exceed our previous gates and we are able to confirm too that there are no Covid restrictions upon entry.
