How to watch Super League and NRL play-offs – TV channels, kick-off times and live streaming

The Super League play-offs are here, alongside another round of NRL finals action in rugby league on TV.

Things kick off at Melbourne, as the Storm face Sydney Roosters in a preliminary final at 10:50am on Friday morning, live on the Sky Sports+ main channel and Watch NRL.

Later, in the Northern Hemisphere, Leigh Leopards host Salford Red Devils in an eliminator play-off game at 8pm – again, on Sky Sports+ main channel, as well as the SuperLeague+ platform.

Both head coaches have shrugged off suggestions that they are the favourites, but it’s probably Leigh Leopards that will feel most confident ahead of this one because of their incredible recent form, which has seen them pick up 10 wins from their last 12 games.

It’s Sky Sports Mix with the action on Saturday morning (alongside Watch NRL) as Penrith Panthers look to make their way to yet another Grand Final, with Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks standing in their way at 10:50am.

Then, it’s Warrington Wolves vs St Helens in a huge play-off tie in Super League, with BBC Two, Sky Sports+ and SuperLeague+ all streaming it live.

It’s a reversed fixture from this time last year, where the two sides finished in the opposite positions in the league and St Helens won to set up a semi-final tie against Catalans Dragons.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, the Sportsman YouTube channel will have a Wheelchair Super League semi-final (teams and time TBC).

Next week, rugby league on TV returns as we will then see the NRL and NRLW Grand Finals on Sunday, as well as the play-off semi-finals in Super League on Friday and Saturday, and the Women’s Super League Grand Final on Sunday.

The Sportsman will show the RFL League One play-off final also.

This all leads to the Super League Grand Final on Sunday 12th October, live on Sky Sports Main Event.

“Leigh host Salford” what? At Salfords own ground?! Leigh should feel more confident? Salford have beaten everyone in SL this year aside from Wigan and have a totally rested first team squad! You havent got a clue what you’re talking about do you.
