With round three of Super League and a Vegas extravaganza to enjoy, this weekend’s rugby league on TV means there’s something for everyone. Here’s how and where to watch it this week.
Nine games are being shown live, with six of those in Super League, two NRL games in Las Vegas as well as a women’s international between Australia and England.
There has been a lot of buzz around the Vegas games but there’s still plenty of action closer to home.
We’ve listed every rugby league game available to watch on TV and online, including when and on what channel.
All rugby league on TV this week
Wednesday 26th February
Whilst it’s not a game, Wednesday sees the first episode of a new documentary entitled ‘We Are Wigan Warriors’. This three-part series will be on Sky Sports Action every night prior to the Wigan Warriors v Warrington Wolves game in Las Vegas.
It will showcase a behind-the-scenes look at the Warriors’ Grand Slam-winning 2024 season, featuring players, coaches and staff across the club.
Thursday 27th February
Thursday night sees Hull KR host Salford Red Devils in the sole fixture of the night at 8pm.
Hull KR fans will be relieved to find out that Mikey Lewis’ injury isn’t as serious as originally feared but he isn’t ready to play this week.
Salford will be without Joe Shorrocks after he copped a three-match ban following his appeal.
You can also catch the second episode of the ‘We Are Wigan Warriors’ documentary at 11pm.
Friday 28th February
There are two helpings of Super League on Friday night.
On Sky Sports Action, you can catch Leigh Leopards v Catalans Dragons at 8pm,
Following their 24-10 win over Huddersfield on Sunday, Leigh will be without second-rower Frankie Halton, who suffered a groin injury in that win.
Catalans were on the losing end of an 18-12 scoreline against Warrington last week and will be looking to get their first points of the 2025 campaign.
The other game on Friday night sees Huddersfield Giants host Hull FC.
The Giants are on the hunt for their first win of the season and Hull FC will be hoping to bounce back, following their 46-4 loss to Wigan Warriors.
The third episode of the Wigan documentary will also air at 10.15pm.
Saturday 1st March
Another two Super League games are on Friday, starting with Wakefield Trinity v St Helens at 2.30pm.
St Helens will be hoping for a tougher test, following easy wins against Salford and Castleford to kick off their 2025 season.
Wakefield look a much better side than pundits and the press alike predicted but will want a better performance than they produced against Hull KR last week.
Then it’s the big Vegas game between Wigan and Warrington, with a 9.30pm UK kick-off time.
Sky is broadcasting the game across three channels to maximise viewership and it’s sure to be the showcase event of the weekend.
Sunday 2nd March
There are four games on Sunday, three of them in the early hours.
There are two NRL games in Vegas, with Canberra Raiders v New Zealand Warriors followed by Penrith Panthers v Cronulla Sharks live on Sky.
In between those games is the women’s international match between Australia and England, which will showcase some of the very best players in the women’s game.
We round off the weekend with Leeds Rhinos v Castleford Tigers at 3pm.
