How many overseas players there are in your club’s first choice 13

Overseas players are often the added bit of class in a side that guide them to Super League glory.

Each team can have up to seven overseas players in their squads thanks to the quota spot rules and, in terms of English teams, only Salford Red Devils have a quota spot available for 2023.

Now every English side have confirmed their 2023 squad numbers and subsequently their strongest 13 on paper at least.

Based on this, we have looked at which 13s are most dominated by foreign stars.

St Helens unsurprisingly have the fewest with just two overseas players in their first 13.

Meanwhile, Leeds Rhinos and Huddersfield Giants have the most with six each with only Seb Ikahihifo and Sam Lisone not included in their first 13s.
