How Leeds Rhinos could line up in 2025 amidst Jake Connor reports

Leeds Rhinos head coach Brad Arthur

After Leeds Rhinos missed out on the Super League play-offs this year, they’ll hope for big changes in 2025.

Recently, there have been rumours that Jake Connor could be signing for Brad Arthur’s side, joining Ryan Hall – who is the only confirmed signing for next year so far.

Here’s how they could line up.

Full-back: Lachie Miller

He’d likely just push Jake Connor into the halves, especially if he cuts out the mistakes from his game.

On his day, Lachie Miller is an excellent player.

Wingers: Ryan Hall and Ash Handley

Ryan Hall is currently the only confirmed signing ahead of next year, and he comes in as Luis Roberts and David Fusitu’a head out.

Alfie Edgell will certainly do his best to try to get back into the team, but with Ash Handley fit again, he’ll certainly be a starter in Brad Arthur’s side.

Centres: Harry Newman and Paul Momirovski

There shouldn’t be any change in the centres unless they make a new signing, as these two were a definite pairing this year.

No other player made as many as five starts in the centres last year, so Arthur has this duo as a certainty, you would imagine.

Halves: Brodie Croft and Jake Connor

While Connor has been playing at full-back recently, Miller is probably more nailed on than Frawley as a starter, so he would likely play alongside Croft, who is capable of playing in the number seven role.

However, the signing could be equally for the number one role or even in the centres.

Front row: Mikolaj Oledzki, Andy Ackers and Justin Sangaré

With Goudemand leaving, Mikolaj Oledzki and Justin Sangaré seem more nailed-on to be playing in the prop positions.

However, it seems very certain that the Rhinos will be looking for another prop during the off-season.

Second row: James McDonnell, James Bentley and Cameron Smith

Rhyse Martin leaving is a big blow, so you’d think Leeds Rhinos will also look for another addition to the second row.

James McDonnell may well keep his starting place, while James Bentley’s bench role may be upgraded to a starting one next year.

Cameron Smith’s undisputed number thirteen shirt, meanwhile, should also stay in 2025.
