How Hull FC could line-up this week after decision made on Leeds Rhinos loan pair and ex-St Helens man in line for return

Andy Last is looking for back-to-back wins to continue his positive start as interim Hull FC boss.

Following a 50-10 thumping of Castleford Tigers, FC return home this week and face the visit of Toulouse Olympique, and given the form of both sides you would expect the Black and Whites to take home another two points.

In that win saw Leeds Rhinos pair Harry Newman and Jeremiah Mata’utia feature on loan for the club. Last was left impressed by both players’ efforts, and revealed post-match how he would like to keep both players around a little longer.

That wish has been granted, with Brad Arthur and the Rhinos allowing both players to return to West Hull this week, in what is a boost to Last’s side given other injuries in the squad.

With a number of selection concerns and potential returnees, here is how we expect Hull FC to line-up on Sunday afternoon where they will round out Super League round 10.

Hull FC predicted XVII to face Toulouse Olympique

Logan Moy has been impressive at full-back in the absence of Will Pryce, and he is expected to keep that spot for the forseeable.

Harvey Barron isn’t due back just yet, so Tom Briscoe will likely keep his place as he partners Harry Newman on the right flank.

Jake Arthur was an early returner last week, and the club could well see another body return on Sunday as Joe Batchelor plays his first game since the derby defeat to Hull KR.

Ligi Sao is out with a HIA, forcing a pack reshuffle, leaving Last decisions to make over who starts the game and who makes the bench.

Missing out last week due to a dead leg, Matty Laidlaw could return amongst the subs, with one of Brad Fash or Yusuf Aydin expecting to line up as the starting prop.

Hull FC predicted XIII: Logan Moy, Tom Briscoe, Harry Newman, Zak Hardaker, Lewis Martin, Jake Arthur, Aidan Sezer, Harvie Hill, Amir Bourouh, Yusuf Aydin, Joe Batchelor, Connor Bailey, James Bell

Bench: Cade Cust, Brad Fash, Matty Laidlaw, Jeremiah Mata’utia
