Head coach storms out of press conference after losing his patience

Under-fire Queensland boss Paul Green stormed out of a press conference when faced with questions over dropped Maroons star Jai Arrow.

Green was hit with the questions which prompted the former North Queensland Cowboys head coach to walk out.

Arrow was removed from the Queensland camp for bringing a woman back to his hotel room during camp in the build-up to game three.

The South Sydney forward has subsequently been given a two-match ban and fined $35,000, with Arrow now in a two-week isolation period.

With Queensland facing down the barrel of a 3-0 hammering, Green didn’t take kindly to questions about the incident.

“Thanks guys, just with regard to the Jai Arrow incident, the matter is in the relevant authorities’ hands, and hasn’t been resolved as yet,” Green said.

“So we won’t be making any further comment at this stage.

“Any inquiries please contact the NRL regarding that. Thanks.”

Green then walked out of the press room and refused to answer any questions.
