Zane Tetevano was sent to the sinbin for yet another infringement in Leeds’ 14-0 victory over Wigan last night, but social media was certainly divided over whether or not his yellow card – given for a high shot on the Warriors’ Liam Farrell – was justified.
One Leeds fan felt it was too harsh of a decision.
Awful decision. Put tag belts on

Another replied to the same Leeds fan, saying that it was deserved and that ten minutes was the perfect solution.

Another supported David’s thinking in that Tetevano should not have been carded.

Someone even compared the current state of the game to that of rugby union.

Another Twitter user believed it was a penalty and nothing more.
Never a sin binning. Penalty yes but nothing else
