Former Super League forward Harrison Hansen has confirmed he will be staying at Toulouse for the 2021 season, after the club triggered a clause in his contract.
The French club, who finished second in the Championship last season, have confirmed that they have activated the extra year in his current contract.
Hansen told the club: I am very happy to stay at TO next year. When Cédric Garcia ( the administrative director of the club) offered to activate the 2021 option, I didn’t have to think about it.
“My family and I really enjoy our life in Toulouse and I like to play with this team under the orders of Sylvain (Houles). I can’t wait to find the guys and resume competition to continue our journey to the Super League.”
Club President Bernard Sarrazain added: “We expected a lot from Harrison when he arrived and one thing is certain, we were not disappointed.
“This is an example, a leader and all his teammates follow him naturally. We are very happy to be able to count him among us next season. “
