Halifax v Sheffield: Squads Announced

Two sides hoping to be in playoff contention meet at The Shay on Sunday as Halifax welcome Sheffield Eagles.

New signings Scott Grix Jodie Broughton, Tom Gilmore, Keegan Hirst, Matt Garside, Paul Brearley and Keal Carlile could be given debuts by Simon Grix.

They will be without first choice hooker Brandon Moore and Ben Kavanagh for this one.

The Blue-and-White side also have Oliver Roberts in the squad on dual registration from Huddersfield Giants.

Head Coach Mark Aston could give debuts to new signings Zack McComb, Robbie Ward, Izaac Farrell, Scott Wheeldon, Connor Bower, Rob Worrincy and Frankie Mariano at The Shay.

They will still be without James Glover, as he still continues his recovery from a knee injury. Anthony Thackeray is also unavailable.
