Greg Inglis to be sent for scans

Greg Inglis will be sent for scans to see just how bad the Australian’s hamstring injury after the star limped off in Warrington’s shock defeat to Huddersfield on Monday, the West Australian has confirmed.

Inglis, who was playing just his third game in Wolves’ colours, will be out for a sustained period according to head coach Steve Price.

Warrington’s Australian coach Steve Price confirmed that Inglis will miss Saturday’s home game against Castleford.

“Greg’s got a hammy strain,” he said.

“He won’t play this weekend.

“He’s down for scans later on this afternoon.

“With the hamstring, we’re certainly not going to rush him, we’ll make sure we get it right.”
