Catalan Dragons prop Lambert Belmas has signed a new one-year deal with the French club.
The 22-year-old has agreed a new contract on the back of his most successful Super League season to date, which saw him make six appearances, taking his overall total to 15.
“I’m really happy to stay at the club,” he said. “I can’t wait to start the preseason and the new season to achieve my goals.”
Catalans head coach Steve McNamara added: “Lambert is a young prop forward who’s physical development over the last 12 months has now put him in the position to genuinely compete for a place in the 1st team on a more regular basis.
“We look forward to seeing him continue to work hard to achieve that aim.”
