The French coaching staff have unveiled a squad of 20 players to face England this Saturday at Warrington Wolves’ Halliwell Jones Stadium.
There were concerns raised earlier this week that France were set to name a weakened squad with reports claiming Catalans Dragons and Toulouse Olympique would withdraw players.
However, of the 20 man squad, 10 are Catalans players.
Meanwhile, fellow Super League stars Justin Sangare of Leeds Rhinos and Samisoni Langi of Wakefield Trinity are named in the squad.
Five members of the squad are from the Championship including Mathiue Cozza of Featherstone Rovers and Louis Jouffret of Halifax Panthers.
Meanwhile, former Catalans first teamers Roman Franco and Benjamin Jullien have also been named.
Coach Laurent Frayssinous said: “It is a young and quality group that will face England on Saturday in Warrington. I am very excited to work with the players who for some participated in the last World Cup and the others who will experience our environment for the first time. They will be able to fit into the mold of what we have put in place in recent years. The unavailability of some senior players will give younger players the opportunity to represent their country and I am looking forward and very excited to work with them on a daily basis for this match on Saturday. The objective of this test match is to continue to earn the respect of England but also to start building for the big events that await us such as the European Cup at the end of the year and of course the 2025 World Cup.”
