Four Super League clubs who could be set to make immediate signings

Warrington general view Super League

Though there is a heavy focus right now on recruitment for the 2024 Super League season, many clubs are in the market for an immediate signing to provide some extra spark for the season.

But which clubs are in the market for an immediate new recruit?

Here’s four clubs who we could see make signings soon.

Castleford Tigers
The most obvious one is the Tigers. In a relegation battle, they need a boost after Wakefield trinity’s triumph over Leeds Rhinos. They have cap space after the departures of Adam Milner and Daniel Smith. Andy Last has been open about wanting signings and it seems they will add more to the loan signing of Riley Dean.

Hull KR
As the injuries pile up for Hull KR, Willie Peters has confirmed that the club are interested in bringing some new faces immediately. Could they move for 2024 recruit Oliver Gildart early?

Warrington Wolves
Still yet to replace Thomas Mikaele and with injuries in the middle adding up whilst the future of Josh McGuire remains unclear with the loose-forward serving a 12 game ban, Daryl Powell has also been open about wanting a new middle.

Leeds Rhinos
Leeds also have injury problems and the departure of Kruise Leeming has opened up cap space. Rohan Smith spoke recently about being willing to sign immediately if the right player emerges.
