Batley have handed new contracts to four of their main stars, fighting off competition from a number of clubs for their signatures.
Halfbacks Tom Gilmore and Ben White – who have partnered each other in 2021 – have signed on the dotted line for Craig Lingard’s side.
Former Wakefield fullback Luke Hooley has been attracting attention from outside due to his outstanding performances and will be with the club another year alongside vice captain Alistair Leak.
Batley are currently fifth in the Championship with ten wins from 16 games.
