Former Super League forward speaks out against COVID-19 vaccine

Former Wakefield Trinity, Crusaders RL and Widnes Vikings forward Frank Winterstein has once more taken to social media to slam the vaccination program taking place around the world.

Winterstein – who made 104 Super League appearances between those three clubs – and his wife have already been given public infringement notices for being present at an anti-lockdown protest back in July, but it appears as though his voice will not be silenced.

The 34-year-old, who also had spells at Manly and Penrith in the NRL, had his contract mutually terminated at Toulouse at the start of this year before departing back to his native Australia.

But, both he and his wife Taylor were part of a 3,500-strong illegal rally in Sydney back in the summer and were tracked down by police, Daily Mail Australia reported at the end of July.

Winterstein has refused to stop standing up for what he believes in and shared a video by Floyd Mayweather about the necessity of choice surrounding the vaccine and the lack of freedom coming from it.
