Sheffield United interim manager Paul Heckingbottom reveals he has sought advice from Hull KR head coach Tony Smith.
It’s a bizarre combination, but former Leeds United boss Heckingbottom has had a good word to say about the well-decorated Australian in an interview with Sky Sports.
“We’ve talking about the coaching element, the leadership and it’s just someone to chat to about different things,” Heckingbottom stated.
“If you’re stuck in the same bubble all the time, you’re going to get the same advice; if you’re stuck in the same bubble all the time you’re going to speak about the same things.
“So, it’s just good to speak to people in different environment who have gone through similar things or who are going through similar things.”
