Featherstone have secured the services of a second Italy international, in hooker Dean Parata from Toulouse.
The 27-year-old joins the club on a two-year deal from 2020.
He becomes Rovers’ fourth new addition, joining Thomas Minns, Louis Jouffret and fellow Italy representative Alec Susino at the LD Nutrition Stadium.
Parata has spent the past two seasons in the Championship, playing for Barrow and Toulouse in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
He has made a total of 56 appearances, scoring 13 tries and has seven caps for Italy, including three from the 2013 World Cup.
