Featherstone Rovers have absolutely steamrolled Bradford Bulls tonight in a Championship clash at the Millennium Stadium.
However, despite the massive win, Rovers have suffered a major blow with one of their main forwards leaving the field early in the first-half.
After scoring his second try, Jack Bussey was hit with contact from Bradford’s Muizz Mustapha after the latter landed on Bussey’s legs.
Bussey tried desperately to carry on but was forced off moments later, and he spoke to Premier Sports during the break as to what had happened and what will happen going forward.
“I got a bit of funny contact when I scored a try,” Bussey said.
“He landed on me funny and it wasn’t the same since I scored that try.
“My left side is a bit more lax than my right and I’m going for a scan. I won’t know what it is until next week.”
That defeat to Featherstone left Bradford further out of the play-off spots.
