Featherstone Rovers suffer huge blow away at Leigh Centurions

Sonny Bill Williams will play under former Leeds head coach Brian McDermott at Toronto.

Featherstone Rovers were 10-6 down when they suffered a huge blow which could dent their hopes against Leigh Centurions.

Shellshocked after Leigh had ran out to a 10-0 lead, Featherstone came back with a stellar try from Mark Kheirallah, but Craig Kopczak looked to have succumbed to a left shoulder issue.

Kopczak was helped from the field with his arm in a makeshift sling as Tyla Hepi came onto the field for Brian McDermott’s men.

Things went from bad worse to Rovers, too, as Blake Ferguson climbed highest to a pinpoint Ben Reynolds kick just a minute later.
