Bradford Bulls are currently sat outside the play-offs in the Championship table – and their position didn’t lie against Featherstone Rovers.
With Rovers succumbing to defeat for the first time in 2022 against Leigh Centurions in the 1895 Cup Final, they were in a rampant mood against Bradford as they ran into a 30-0 lead after just 26 minutes.
Featherstone looked like a Super League side in waiting whilst the Bulls appeared miles away from their opponents.
The likes of Jack Bussey, Ryley Jacks and Junior Moors were running rings around their much smaller rivals whilst the fixture also raised question marks as to why Wakefield Trinity have allowed Sam Eseh to leave on a season-long loan with the powerful prop enjoying some huge runs and big hits in defence.
George Flanagan did manage to reply for Bradford as the Bulls reduced the deficit to 24 with Dec Patton’s conversion, with Rovers leading 30-6 at half-time.
