Featherstone confirm their return to training

Featherstone Rovers have confirmed that they have been granted permission to return to training.

Stage One training protocols will be in place, and the club will continue to implement all Covid-19 ‘return to train’ measures in line with the current government guidelines to ensure that the Rovers’ squad are working in a safe environment.

Rovers Head Coach James Webster said: “We look forward to training commencing again on Tuesday night. We are lucky that we own our facility and the protocols that we were carrying out prior to this stoppage were of the strongest standard.

“Whilst players have been chomping at the bit to progress in their training, we have been fully supportive of both the governments and RFLs approach of keep people safe.”
