Toulouse have announced forward Paterika Vaivai has had his contract at the club cancelled by mutual consent.
Vaivai joined the club ahead of the 2019 season from Leigh Centurions. He went on to make 22 appearances as the French side finished second in the Championship.
He went on to make another five appearances in 2020 before the season was cancelled.
In a short statement, the club said: “Wishing to give a new turn to his career, the 29-year-old prop arrived in Toulouse in 2019, and asked the Olympian club to break its contract, which was accepted.”
“The entire TO XIII thanks Patty for his time at the club, and wish him the best for the future.”
