Loop fixtures are headed out the door, the Challenge Cup Final is set to be moved and the future of the Magic Weekend is up in the air.
There has also been talk of a new event, something that could replace the Magic Weekend.
According to former Super League man Luke Adamson who previously played for Salford Red Devils and Leigh Leopards, the sport could be about to introduce a nines competition like the one that used to kick off the NRL.
“I think what they’ll end up doing is moving it to Cardiff,” he said on BBC Radio Manchester.
