Exciting British forward set to consider offers from Super League clubs

Leeds Rhinos academy product AJ Wallace is one of the most exciting young forwards in Britain.

The Bradford Bulls backrow shone in the Betfred Championship at Odsal last year and has continued that form in 2023.

Similar to now England international Tyler Dupree, ever since he made the move to the Championship after coming through the academy system at Leeds Rhinos, he has excelled.

He stirred up plenty of interest from Super League clubs at the end of last season and a couple of sides chased his signature going into the 2023 season.

The Castleford Tigers made a move for Wallace to no avail and as this fell away, it Hull FC made a move for Wallace.

Many expected him to make the move to the MKM Stadium heading into this season however Serious About Rugby League exclusively revealed in the past that the move fell through.

This came as talks between the higher ups at Hull FC and Bradford came to something of a stand still as they struggled to settle on a final agreement.

Ultimately, he remained at Bradford but his contract expires at the end of this year which means from today he can negotiate with other clubs including Super League sides.

You can expect plenty of Super League interest around Wallace from here on out as he makes a decision on where his future will lie beyond 2023.

Serious About Rugby League understands that Wallace will consider all the options that comes his way so will be heading to the open market like Super League forwards Sam Walters and Chris Satae.

So, it could be some time until we see Wallace make a decision on his future however any Super League club who wants to make a move for the promising young forward can now make him an offer that will be considered.
