The Burgess boys are some of the biggest names in rugby league.

Now that Sam and Luke have retired, twins George and Tom are the duo still making headlines in the sport.

Tom is currently scoring tries for fun for England in the Rugby League World Cup in brilliant form and is also causing chatter due to his openness to make the move to Super League name dropping Leeds Rhinos.

Meanwhile, George has been let go of by St George Illawarra Dragons after one season and is on the look out for a new club.

Though he’s only open to a move elsewhere in Australia or will retire from the sport.

Burgess has struggled with injuries since his move to Wigan Warriors and needs to right move for him but would have no regrets about retiring having accomplished so much in the game representing England and winning an NRL Grand Final in 2014.

He’s now accomplishing things off the field too and is set to star in a film.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, South Sydney Rabbitohs owner Russell Crowe has handed George Burgess a cameo role in his latest film alongside Hollywood megastar Liam Hemsworth.

Burgess is with Luke and Liam Hemsworth shooting Land of Bad in which he will play Private Cooper.
