Ex-Leigh Centurions, Super League and current Rochdale star Kieron Dixon faces TWELVE-MATCH ban as another cited for testicle grab

Following the latest round of Betfred Championship, Betfred League One, Betfred Women’s Super League, Academy and Scholarship fixtures, the Match Review Panel have issued the following sanctions:

Ashley Barnes (Warrington Wolves Reserves) – Grade B Tripping – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Max Wood (Wigan Warriors Reserves) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
Thomas Doyle (Bradford Bulls) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 2 Match Penalty Notice
Liam McAvoy (Whitehaven) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Jon-Luke Kirby (Dewsbury Rams) – Grade A Dangerous Contact – 0 Match Penalty Notice
Sitiveni Moceidreke (London Broncos) – Grade F Unacceptable Language – Refer to Tribunal
Kieron Dixon (Rochdale Hornets) – Grade F Unacceptable Language – Refer to Tribunal

As you can see, former Leigh Centurions and London Broncos winger Kieron Dixon and current London star Sitiveni Moceidreke could be given TWELVE-MATCH bans for unacceptable language.

For both players, the Disciplinary Match Review Panel has revealed that: “Verbal abuse based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual preference, disability, national or ethnic origin or any other form of Unacceptable Behaviour or Language Grade F.”

Whilst Moceidreke’s comes under homophobic language, Dixon’s is just stated as unacceptable language.

Meanwhile, Henry Aaronson of Cornwall is being referred for further investigation for an alleged testicle grab.
