Ex-Hull FC man follows former Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves man to League 1 club

Rochdale Hornets have made some brilliant signings for the new Betfred League 1 side.

They have signed exciting young Wigan Warriors outside back Ben O’Keefe who has a brilliant goal kicking record.

He also shone in his debut against Hull KR getting over the tryline against Craven Park.

Meanwhile, he will be joined by fellow former Wigan youngster Toby Brannan as well as young London Broncos man Tommy Porter.

Their transfer business nearly peaked with the signing of young fullback Callum Green from Salford Red Devils.

He previously played for Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors and has been likened to Castleford Tigers star Niall Evalds and was recommended to the club years back by now Huddersfield Giants boss Ian Watson in his days at Salford.

Now the Hornets have added another important signing in the shape of Ewan badham.

Formerly of Hull FC, he was last plying his at West Wales Raiders last year alongside the likes of Rangi Chase whom himself found his way to the Hornets though last year and has since moved on opening the door for the Hornets to make these signings.

The 2023 season is set to be a big one for the club as they go in search of promotion.
