Ex-Castleford Tigers and Love Island star Jacques O’Neill returns to rugby league!

Ex-Castleford Tigers and Love Island star Jacques O’Neill is set to play for Cumbria in their international friendly with Jamaica.

That game is scheduled for October 7 with O’Neill included in a 21-man squad.

It would mark a stunning rugby league return for the former Castleford man who left the West Yorkshire club earlier in the year to head onto the ITV2 show.

Since exiting the show, O’Neill has accrued over 1.4 million Instagram followers and has signed a deal with The Social PR company, but rugby league has never been far away from his heart with repeated visits to Castleford towards the back end of the season.
