Every Super League player’s disciplinary record after five charged following Challenge Cup

The Super League disciplinary system in 2025 has become a points-based system with points equaling bans. Here’s every players running total.

Under the new system players will still be charged by the Match Review Panel every Monday but rather than those charges carrying immediate bans or fines, they will carry penalty points.

As players rack up penalty points, they will hit certain disciplinary thresholds, which can be seen below, and serve those respective punishments.

One thing to note is once a player has served a punishment, they will see half of the penalty that took them to that punishment removed from their record.

For example, a player who has zero penalty points is handed a Grade D charge. That charge carries 12 points, which is also the threshold for a two-match ban. Once that player has served their two-match ban, half of those points will be removed from their record meaning they will resume on 6 points.

Players will also incur three penalty points if their charged action injures another player (opponent does not return to the field) and failed appeals add five points onto a player’s record.

Below are the thresholds and then every Super League player with at least one point on their disciplinary record.

6-11 points: one-match ban
12-17 points: two-match ban
18-23 points: three-match ban
24-29 points: four-match ban
30-35 points: five-match ban
36-38 points: six-match ban
39-41 points: seven-match ban
42-44 points: eight-match ban
45-47 points: nine-match ban
48-50 points: ten-match ban
51-53 points: eleven-match ban
54+ points: twelve-match ban
