Every Super League club’s average attendance in 2023 compared to 2022

In rugby league we are often fixated by attendances.

This is because it is often used as a sign of growing the sport which is as important as ever as IMG change the game and the sport looks to secure new TV deals.

The attendances have impressed throughout the season especially over Rivals Round which set a new record for an aggregate attendance in a round of Super League.

But how are clubs doing in terms of their individual average attendances.

We have taken a look at every club’s average attendances and every club has enjoyed an increase in attendances so far this season.

Wakefield Trinity are the only side to experience a dip but that is to be expected given the redevelopment of their stadium.

Hull KR meanwhile don’t share attendances this year.
