A through the camera perspective of the AJ Bell Stadium

After a high-profile weekend of rugby with four semi-finals taking place across the Challenge Cup and 1895 Cup as well as a superb Women’s Challenge Cup Final between Leeds Rhinos and St Helens, we’re set for a rugby league feast which dwarfs the number of live games served up last week.

This week we can enjoy a huge 12 games with 11 live on Sky Sports. This is because all eight of the NRL fixtures this week are set to be shown live on Sky due to it being the Magic Round meanwhile three Super League fixtures are set to be shown on Sky Sports.

The action begins with a dress rehearsal for this year’s Challenge Cup Final between Huddersfield and Wigan as both meet after huge Challenge Cup semi-final wins. St Helens and Hull FC meet on the Friday before Catalans and Warrington battle in France come Saturday.

In terms of the NRL action, the biggest game is the meeting of the top two as Penrith and Melbourne battle it out having only lost one game each so far in 2022.

This week’s TV coverage ends on Monday as Batley take on Leigh in a huge game at the top of the Championship live in front of the Premier Sports cameras.
