Rugby League on TV

Every rugby league match you can watch live on TV this week

Last week we were treated to plenty of Challenge Cup rugby as the quarter-finals served up some classic encounters.

However, it’s back to Super League and the always hectic Easter period with two games in a matter of days for the country’s biggest and best sides.

With nine games set to hit our screens over the next seven days, here’s every game you can watch over Easter.

Thursday

Canberra Raiders vs North Queensland Cowboys – Sky Sports Arena 10:50
Two teams meet at the start of the Easter period who will be licking their wounds after defeats to Melbourne and the Warriors respectively. The Raiders can potentially take confidence from battling with the Storm but the Cowboys will want to right the wrongs from their defeat.

Catalans Dragons vs Toulouse Olympique – Sky Sports Arena 19:00
In a first for Super League and Sky Sports, we’ll see a French derby hit our screens on Thursday night. Catalans come into the game on the back of a Challenge Cup exit and the loss of talisman Sam Tomkins whilst Toulouse, ever the plucky underdogs, will be hoping to pick up a second win of the season against their neighbours who finished top in 2021.

Friday

South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Canterbury Bulldogs – Sky Sports Arena 07:00
Souths got back on track last week with a win against St George Illawarra and will be looking to build on that momentum here. Meanwhile, Canterbury have struggled to get going in 2022 despite some exciting recruitment. A win here could kickstart their season.

Hull KR vs Hull FC – Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Arena 12:00
With both Hull sides enjoying positive starts to 2022, this could be one of the best Hull derbies we’ve seen. Coming into the game after differing Challenge Cup quarter-finals, it’s sure to be a fiery affair in front of a sell-out crowd.

St Helens vs Wigan Warriors – Sky Sports Main Event, sky Sports Arena 14:30
Speaking of seismic derbies, the top two collide in a huge derby of their own as Champions St Helens host challengers Wigan. The Warriors have some real fire power in 2022 but will it be enough to down the Saints?

Sunday

Whitehaven vs Workington Town – Premier Sports 1 18:30
Championship action comes our way on Sunday as Whitehaven battle Workington. It’s been a tough return to the Championship for Workington whilst Whitehaven are yet to emulate the heights of 2021. This is a big game for both.

Monday

Parramatta Eels vs Wests Tigers – Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Arena 07:00
The winless Wests take on the in-form Parramatta on Easter Monday. If the Eels are serious title contenders in 2022, this is the kind of game they cannot slip up in and need to make a statement with a resounding performance.

Castleford Tigers vs Leeds Rhinos – Sky Sports Arena 14:30
These two sides were expected to be pushing for the top four in 2022 but with both heading into the Easter weekend inside the bottom four, this West Yorkshire derby has become a must win game for both.

Hull FC vs Warrington Wolves – Sky Sports Arena 17:00
The Easter period is rounded off by a battle between Hull on the back of a derby and a Warrington side who will have struggled recently. Two teams with play off hopes, this could be some battle.
