Eels sign former London halfback

Paramatta Eels have confirmed the signing of halfback Brock Lamb on a two-year-deal from Sydney Roosters.

Lamb spent the last part of 2019 on loan at Super League side London Broncos, but couldn’t help the Broncos survive.

He initially signed for the Broncos on loan from NRL champions, the Roosters. He only played one game for them since his transfer from Newcastle Knights.

Lamb will initially form part of the development squad in the first year of his contract. Then he will go into the top 30 for the second year.

Parramatta Eels Club General Manager of Football Mark O’Neill told the club website: “Brock provides depth to an already talented roster and will ensure competition for spots in our halves remain high.

“Following his return from Super League, we’ve provided Brock with an opportunity to re-ignite his NRL career and we are grateful he has agreed to be part of the Eels for the coming two seasons.”
