David Foggin-Johnston sent off for Bradford Bulls for bad high tackle on Leigh Centurions man

David Foggin-Johnson has been sent off for the Bradford Bulls against Leigh Centurions.

The Bradford winger hit Leigh hooker Aaron Smith round the head and Aaron Moore duly sent ‘DFJ’ off the field in the last minute.

Bradford eventually succumbed to a 38-4 defeat, but the evening was marred by the horrific late shot on Smith.

The Bulls had held the Centurions to just an 8-4 lead at half-time, but Leigh, obviously buoyed by Adrian Lam’s half-time words in their ear, came out the blocks firing on all cylinders in the second-half.

Leigh registered 34 unanswered points to steamroll their way to an emphatic victory over their play-off rivals and make it two wins from three games on a lush surface at the Leigh Sports Village.
