Wakefield Trinity’s David Fifita will be in the side for tonight’s clash with Huddersfield Giants.
Fifita has missed Trinity’s last six games after being sidelined and head coach Willie Poching previously said that they cannot wait to welcome him back into the fold after such an extended time out.
“He will be back in there for us and he has been sorely missed,” Poching told BBC Radio Leeds.
“The group are excited to have him back – it’s been a short time of being able to prepare and being out on the field and he has been fantastic and jumping out of his skin.
“He’s not one that sits back when he’s not playing and spectates – he’s will be a totally different character when he is playing again and out on the field.
“He has been back to his lively best again and he gives confidence to the group, just to have him there, to have his voice and to have him pumping again.”
Poching named his Wakefield 21-man squad yesterday:
1 Max Jowitt
2 Tom Johnstone
4 Reece Lyne
