Warrington Wolves have been linked with new blood in recent days in a bid to freshen up their pack.
Catalans Dragons duo Sam Kasiano and Gil Dudson have been linked with moves to the Halliwell Jones Stadium with both out of contract at the end of the season.
But, Warrington head coach Daryl Powell would not be called into that speculation and outlined his desire to concentrate on tomorrow’s game against Catalans.
“I’ve got no comment on players for next season,” Powell told Wire TV.
“I’m obviously focusing on what we’ve got in front of us at the moment.”
Linked with a move out of the Halliwell Jones Stadium is Mike Cooper with Sky Sports pundit Jenna Brooks speaking live last night that he was heading for the John Smith’s Stadium.
Powell was, however, keen to not draw on that either.
“I don’t know anything about it to be honest, I won’t comment on that.
“I will leave that to the rumourmongers at the moment and focusing on tomorrow.”
Warrington will take on the Dragons tomorrow night in the south of France, hoping for a marked improvement on their 40-22 drubbing by Wigan Warriors.
