Danny Richardson makes his long awaited return to the Castleford Tigers line-up

After months out with a neck injury, Danny Richardson has finally been recalled to the Castleford Tigers starting 17 today.

This comes with Gareth O’Brien out injured but expected to return for the Tigers’ next game against Catalans at the Jungle making Richardson’s performance key if he wants to keep the number seven slot.

The Tigers have also made a change at centre after the struggles of Bureta Faraimo in the role last week. He’s moved back to his natural position on the wing with Cheyse Blair at centre. This sees Derrell Olpherts drop to the bench alongside Brad Martin who is called onto the bench as well.

There’s no George Lawler so Adam Milner finally starts a game at second-row.

The aforementioned Blair will make his 50th appearance for the club.

As for Toulouse, there’s still no Tony Gigot but there is a debut for Nathan Peats at nine which allows Anthony Marion to move to 13.

Experienced duo Dominique Peyroux and Andrew Dixon start in the backrow with Chris Hankinson at centre.

New signings Corey Norman and Daniel Alvaro feature in the starting 13 with Norman at six and Alvaro at prop.

Former Super League Champion Harrison Hansen is on the bench.
