Comparing the season ticket prices for every club in Super League

The Super League season is upon us and with that comes the sacred game day experience that so many people crave, some will attend just now and then but there’s also the die-hards who attend every game possible.

For those fans the season ticket is an essential, securing them access to all home games at a discounted price than just paying on the gate week-in and week-out.

Many of the clubs in the Championship have made great efforts to attract fans this coming season with brilliant offers such as just £10 a game at Batley, or Barrow donating 20,000 free season tickets across the local schools.

As for the Super League teams though who has the most expensive season ticket and which club represents the best value?

Castleford Tigers

Average Season Ticket Price (Adult): £276.50
Average Season Ticket Price (Concession): £188.50
Average Season Ticket Price (21 and Under): £167.50
Average Season Ticket Price (Junior): £92.50

Cas offer Season Memberships in two forms – Standing and Seated. The seated tickets are inevitably slightly more expensive than their standing counterparts but the average works out at just over £21 per game.

Catalans Dragons

Average Season Ticket Price (Adult): £300.99
Average Season Ticket Price (Student): £73.62
Average Season Ticket Price (Infant): £23.34

The Only Super League team outside of England once again, following Toulouse’s relegation, and the Dragons offer three age groups of season ticket with positions varying in price around the Stade Gilbert Brutus. Prices were accurate with exchange date from Euros on day of writing.

Huddersfield Giants

The Giants have received widespread acclaim for the pricing of their Season Cards. The Core Stand Lower Tier and Chadwick Lawrence Stand are priced at the same fee, whilst The Legends Club is the highest level of membership for the 2023 season. 

Hull FC

The Airlie Birds are another side starting 2023 under new coaching in the hands of Tony Smith. There are Five Zones around the ground, which vary in terms of position and seat reservation. A premium option including a padded seat is also available, with all seats priced in the Premium section at Adult prices.

Hull KR

Another Super League side starting 2023 with a new man at the helm, KR offer two different options for Season Ticket purchases – The Roger Millward Stand is one option, and all other areas of the ground fall into the other category for an average that is cheaper than their cross-city rivals.

Last Season’s Grand Finalists have released two tiers of Membership – Silver and Gold. Silver includes a digital copy of the Handbook and a digital copy of the Matchday Programme every home League game. The Gold level, allows for the buyer to get a hard copy of the Handbook in addition to the digital copy offered in Silver. Post match access to the Long Bar, an invitation to An Evening with the Staff and Players is also included, as well as a Gold Membership Goodie Bag.

Salford Red Devils

Wire again brand their Season Tickets under the banner of ‘Memberships’, due to the numerous perks, including access to teams such as the Reserves and Academy also included in the fee, as well as discounts and a ‘Wolf Pack’ Membership available for Younger Fans, similar to Leeds’. Fans can pay for a Membership in the North, East and South Stands of the Haliwell Jones, with the North being the most expensive.

Wigan Warriors

The Cherry and Whites are offering two seating options – Sideline View (West & East) and Behind the Sticks. Kids 0-7 are eligible for a free Season Ticket with a paying adult.
