Channel 4 TV hosts and pundits revealed for Huddersfield Giants’ Super League clash with Salford Red Devils

Channel 4 is set for its second broadcast in a week as Huddersfield Giants take on the Salford Red Devils this Saturday.

The game will kick off at 1pm, with the program coming on at 12.30pm with hosts expected to be Adam Hills and Helen Skelton again sharing the role.

Lining up outside them will be Leeds Rhinos Women star Danika Priim with Kyle Amor helping out Mark Wilson on the commentary side of things once again.

Both Huddersfield and Salford have been on Channel 4 once before – when Huddersfield travelled to Hull KR and won big and when the Red Devils ended up losing out to a Jai Field try against Wigan Warriors.

Channel 4 has, of course, been a breath of fresh air in 2022 despite the terrestrial broadcasting service only signing up for ten Super League games including play-offs.

However, there has been a great deal of clamouring from all those associated with rugby league to extend that deal and the amount of fixtures covered for 2023 such has been the impression it has made on the viewing public.

The dates for the two Super League play-off games have also been revealed.

Saturday 10th September will host one Super League play-off with the time yet to be confirmed as 3rd takes on 6th or 4th goes up against 5th.

Then, the second week of the play-offs will be held on Saturday 17th September as 1st takes on the lowest-ranked side or 2nd does battle against the highest-ranked side with Sky having first choice.

That being said, Channel 4 is likely to gain incredible traction for those play-off games to decide who will be one step closer to Old Trafford for the Super League Grand Final.
