The disciplinary verdict is in following the latest round of Championship fixtures, and as a result, three players from the second tier have been banned.
Whitehaven defeated North Wales Crusaders 80-12 on Sunday afternoon, however the game was marred by two red cards, one from either team.
Haven’s Ellis Nixon and North Wales’ Harry Coleman were both given their marching orders by referee Lucas Seal after a coming-together between the two.
After review, the pair have both been handed Grade F Punching charges, which equate to 35 penalty points and a five-match ban. They will also have to pay a fine.
Also banned is former Super League and St Helens forward Greg Richards, who now plies his trade at Barrow Raiders.
Richards was given a Grade B Trip charge, and the three penalty points awarded has pushed him over the threshold for a one-game suspension.

Super League Academy and WSL players charged after Match Review Panel verdict
Hull KR academy player Turner has received five penalty points for a Grade C Dangerous Throw/Lift, and will need to pay a fine, whilst three players from the Women’s Super League have been charged.
Leeds Rhinos’ Jess Sharp has landed a Grade C Dangerous Contact charge, whilst Huddersfield Giants pair Gracie Hobbs and Liv Gale will miss the next two matches for a Grade D Dangerous Throw/Lift.
