Featherstone Rovers are heading towards one of their best away days as they head to the Summer Bash.
The Rovers have already sold more tickets for this game than their away day season opener last season at the same venue.
They are approaching the 1895 Cup Final following from last season and what the club is describing as “one of the biggest away followings in years.”
Rovers have launched their 2023 Summer Bash kit which will include the names of all their Squadbuilder members incorporated into the design.
Fans had one final opportunity to have your name included by signing up before 6pm last night and it has now been released.
The jersey is magnificent and has been released under the tag line V for victory.
This is because the shirt incorporates a dark blue v on a lovely light blue base.
Within the v on the shirt will be the names of the squad builder members who were key to making some of the club’s biggest signings such as Kyle Evans from Wakefield Trinity and Caleb Aekins from Leigh Leopards.
The shirt is one of the best we have seen in 2023 and is complete with dark blue trims on the collar and sleeves.

The bash this year has been moved to York RLFC’s ground after being held at Headingley last year having been traditionally held in Blackpool.
Its future is uncertain given IMG are set to end the Magic Weekend it seems.
If the Magic Weekend is kept for another year, Featherstone will be hoping to take part as they hope to gain Super League promotion for the first time ever.
