York Knights finally managed to grab their first win of the Championship season with a 23-10 away win against Batley Bulldogs, with the win mastered by halfback Liam Harris with 11 points for the Knights. The game was also forward Jordan Thompson’s 100th game for the Knights.

In League 1, Cornwall also got their first win of the season with a 32-22 victory over Newcastle Thunder, with winger Henry Symons getting himself a hattrick in the win.
