Challenge Cup Referee Appointments: Chris Kendall and Liam Moore awarded big games

The referee appointments for the Challenge Cup Final have now been confirmed.

In the biggest game of the Round Wigan Warriors host Warrington Wolves and that match will be overseen by Liam Moore, the man who refereed the 2020 and 2021 Challenge Cup Finals.

Ben Thaler is the video referee. Thaler will act as the man in the middle for the clash between Hull KR and Salford Red Devils on the Saturday with Moore the video referee on this occasion.

In the other Saturday game, Chris Kendall will be in charge of the clash between Hull FC and St Helens. Kendall officiated the 2019 final. Tom Grant is the video referee.

The final game of the round sees York host Leigh Leopards. Jack Smith is the referee and Marcus Griffiths the video ref.
