The draw for the fourth round of the Challenge Cup has been made with Super League clubs learning their fate.
A total of 13 top flight clubs sealed their spot in the final 16 over the weekend as they avoided upsets and saw off their lower league opposition.
Holders Hull KR knocked out the last remaining community side Lock Lane, beating them 104-0 at Craven Park, while St Helens, Wigan Warriors and Wakefield Trinity all scored more than 80 points to seal their spot in the fourth round.
Hull FC, Catalans Dragons, Leigh Leopards and Huddersfield Giants cruised to victories, too, on a wet weekend. Leeds Rhinos were forced to dig a little deeper though in order to see off Widnes Vikings, while Castleford Tigers won 14-0 against Doncaster in one of the more closely contested ties of the round.
Goole Vikings, Oldham and Keighley Cougars all picked up wins to become the three Championship clubs still remaining in the competition.
It’s the furthest Goole have been in the competition and they have been been drawn to face last season’s runners up Warrington Wolves at home in the fourth round. Oldham will travel to Catalans Dragons, while Keighley Cougars take on York Knights at the LNER Community Stadium.
Hull KR have been drawn to face Huddersfield Giants, while an all West Yorkshire derby has been drawn with Wakefield Trinity due to host Leeds Rhinos.
Bradford Bulls will travel to Wigan Warriors in one of the ties of the round, while St Helens face Castleford Tigers and Hull FC will go to Leigh Leopards in what promises to be another intriguing encounter.
All ties will be played over the weekend of March 14-15
