Catalans v Warrington: Predicted line-ups and late injury news

The Challenge Cup quarter-finals begin tonight with a repeat of the 2018 final as the Catalans Dragons host play-off rivals Warrington Wolves as both sides look to move a step closer to Wembley.

For the Dragons there will be a few changes. Two players have dropped out of last week’s squad. Paul Seguier – who has been a regular from the bench for the Dragons – picked up an injury last week and joins Matt Whitley, Arthur Romano and Mickael Goudemand in the treatment room. Meanwhile, Jordan Dezaira is absent through suspension. All of this means that former Warrington man Benjamin Jullien is likely to feature.

As for Warrington, but for the injury to Matty Ashton last week they have almost a full compliment of players to choose from. Tom Lineham could come back into the side but with the absence of Ashton there are questions over what Steve Price will do with the fullback spot and the in-form Jake Mamo. Mamo could lose his place having featured on the wing last week whilst Blake Austin could return to the halves with Stefan Ratchford moving to fullback following Ashton’s injury. However, I think it’s more likely that Mamo keeps his place in the 17 and takes over at fullback. Greg Inglis will make only his second appearance in a Warrington shirt.
