Catalans Dragons forward Sam Moa will need a second operation on an arm injury, the club has revealed.

The forward has been out of action since July 2019 after breaking the radius bone in his arm.

The Tongan International had been an ever-present having only missed three Super League games all season prior to his injury.

He was also part of the side that won the Challenge Cup for the Dragons back in 2018.

His club have not put a timeline on his return, saying: “his recovery will dictate his return.”

They have also confirmed he will need to undergo a second operation to correct it and he will have the full support of the performance and medical staff.
