Catalans Dragons vs Warrington Wolves: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

Many felt at the start of the season that this would be a clash between two of the chasing pack, but that is not the case.

Catalans are very much in the mix. Yes, they’re less consistent than last year but a win against the Champions last week underlined their credentials.

Warrington meanwhile lost to Salford having led by 10 points with 10 minutes left. Their defeat leaves them looking behind them in the table rather than forward at present despite their star-studded squad as a rebuild continues. A win for Toulouse and defeat here would make them sweat for sure.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 15:15.

Catalans Dragons
Steve McNamara is going to have to make plenty of changes to his 17. The front row will almost be entirely different with Dylan Napa and Michael McIlorum both banned so Mickael Goudemand may move to prop with Ben Garcia returning to 13 and Alrix Da Costa starting at nine. Tyrone May’s return is timely and he’ll take a spot on the bench as could Corentin Le Cam after his return from loan at Whitehaven to help the Dragons’ selection problems. Joe Chan should also be able to return to bolster their pack.

Warrington Wolves
There’s set to be plenty of changes in Warrington’s side especially following the defeat to Salford. George Williams’ and Matty Ashton’s return means that Williams will return to the halves and Peter Mata’utia to the centres whilst Ashton’s return will also shake up the backs. Who will miss out, it’s likely to be Greg Minikin and Connor Wrench with Jake Wardle and Josh Thewlis getting the nod. The loss of Mike Cooper is a big one and will see Joe Bullock start and either Jason Clark feature or Matty Nicholson debut.
